Changes to contact Info Tech 14-day no quibble return policy

Effective March 1st 2006, Contact InfoTech ltd. will be implementing a new process that excludes certain brands and/or products from the 14 day no quibble policy. It is very important for our resellers to make sure they have a firm sale for these, as no return authorization will be offered for their return. Brands and technologies excluded from our 14 day no quibble return policy:
  • Components - AMD CPU’s, Intel CPU’s,
  • All memory modules (Acer, Crucial, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Kingston, Toshiba), all hard drives (Acer, IBM, HP, Maxtor and Seagate)
  • All software licensing media kits and Microsoft system builders OEM range
  • Computer Systems - any special build on desktops and servers, and all server accessories (Acer, IBM, and Hewlett Packard)
  • Networking products from Cisco, Juniper, Motorola and configure to order APC racks
Shipping & Returns
Returns Policy
There is a standard Return Policy for returning product back to Contact Infotech Ltd.
Dependingon the type of return you need to make (faulty or non-faulty) an RA (Return Authorisation) request needs to be made to our Returns Department.  You can do this either by fax or using the Contact Link on-line RA request form.

First you need to determine the type of request you wish to make by clicking on the red links.
Non-Faulty: Product within 14 days of invoice date and not required Please see

If your product is returnable to Contact Infotech Ltd then you need to request an RA number from our Returns Department. You can either complete
(4) Online RA Request Form : Complete all the details online and submit. Your request will be emailed straight to our Returns Department
(5) Download RA Forms: Use the PDF files to print out either a faulty or non-faulty RA Request Form. Complete the forms and fax straight to our Returns Department Non Faulty RA Form.pdf Faulty RA Form.pdf

Once your RA request has been received, an RA Number (assuming all details are correct) will be faxed back to you within 24 hours. This form is your authorisation to return the product back to Contact Infotech Ltd. The form you receive will need to be used as an address label and attached to the outside of the consignment.
